French terroir is the art of choosing the finest foods unique to each region, and here at L'Escale for nine days we will be featuring some of the best culianry traditions of France. sample spectacular starters such as 'Terrine de Foie Gras' or 'Rillettes de Canard Fermier. Taste a range of excellent meat dishes like 'Blanquette de Veau' or 'Pot-au-Feu de Volaille', all served with the accent on authenticity.

Afterhours Album

Le Suffren celebrates the launch of its afterhours featuring the Sega Lounge, a soulful blend of pop sounds by top local musicians and singers. The album is highlighted with a distinctive sega beat and mixed with elements techno music on worldwide hits such as 'Where the streets has no name' and 'Time after time'. The launch is attended by special guest star, international disc jockey JD Davis, vocalist on the David Guetta smash hit 'The World is Mine'. JD Davis has fired the world's dance floors, charts and airwaves for many years. And he will be hotting things up on the Suffren dance floor from 19h to midnight on Friday 21 May 2010.
